Bracelets
How do I choose my size?
Our bangles are available in sizes 16 and 17.
- Size 16: wrist from 14 to 15.5 cm
- Size 17: wrist from 15.5 to 16.5 cm
We recommend measuring your wrist with a tape measure, placing it just above the wrist bone.
Can I add charms later?
Yes.
That's the whole principle of Acme De R.Y.G. Lucky Charm Bangles.
Your bangle is designed to evolve with you. You can complete your collection over the months with new symbolic charms.
Are the charms compatible with all bangles?
Yes, all ACME DE RYG charms are compatible with the brand's opening bangles.
Is the bracelet sturdy?
Yes.
The opening system has been designed to allow charms to be added or removed while ensuring a reliable closure for everyday use.
Materials
What are the bracelets made of?
Our opening bangles are made of recycled brass, then coated with 18-carat gold plating or rhodium-plated silver, depending on the model.
The stones used are carefully selected cubic zirconia.
Are the jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
Our jewelry is designed to suit most skin types.
However, as with any fashion jewelry, individual sensitivity remains possible.
Orders
When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours.
Delivery in France then generally takes 2 to 4 business days.
Can I modify my order?
If your order has not yet been prepared, use our contact form available on the Contact page. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

Can I give a bracelet as a gift?
Of course.
Each bracelet comes in a gift-ready box.
Returns
Can I return a bracelet?
Yes.
You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The bracelet must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.
Warranty
Are the bracelets guaranteed?
Yes.
All our jewelry benefits from a warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
