We take the utmost care in the design, assembly and control of each of our jewels.

This is why all ACME DE RYG jewellery benefits from a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt of your order, covering any manufacturing or assembly defect under normal use.

If your jewellery has a defect covered by this warranty, we will, after expert assessment, repair it, replace it or, if this is not possible, provide a suitable solution.

The warranty does not cover:

• natural wear and tear due to time or use;
• scratches, shocks, deformations or accidental breakages;
• damage caused by improper maintenance, exposure to water, chemicals or cosmetics;
• the loss of charms or elements following a shock or improper handling.

For any request for assistance, please contact our customer service department via the contact form on the home page, specifying your order number and attaching some photos of the jewellery concerned. We will get back to you as soon as possible to offer you the most suitable solution.
