Each ACME DE RYG bracelet is prepared with the utmost care before shipping.
Our goal is simple: for your jewelry to arrive quickly and in the best possible condition.
Preparation
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours.
During capsule launch periods or high activity, this period may be slightly extended.
Delivery
France:
2 to 4 business days
Europe:
3 to 7 business days
A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order.
Free delivery for purchases over €150.
Exchanges and Returns
At ACME DE RYG, we want every piece of jewelry to be with you for a long time.
If the size or model ordered does not suit you, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the jewelry is new, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all its accessories.
To arrange an exchange, simply contact our customer service via the Contact form on the homepage, stating your order number. We will then provide you with the procedure to follow.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of a preparation error on our part or a defective product.
Because our capsule collections are produced in limited quantities, an exchange is subject to stock availability at the time of your request. If the desired model is no longer available, we will offer you a suitable solution.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind.
Products must be:
- unworn
- in their original packaging
- accompanied by all their accessories
Return costs are borne by the customer unless we made an error.
Refund
Refunds are issued upon receipt and verification of the returned product.
